Be Fit Personal Trainers will design a customized workout strategy to help you achieve your goals. Their approach is to encourage and motivate yet hold our clients accountable. Train in a fully-equipped, professional studio outfitted with the latest fitness equipment designed to give you a thorough workout. The atmosphere is comfortable, non-intimidating and fun.

FITNESS ASSESSMENT

Measures your current fitness level to establish a baseline. Included are taking measurements, weight, body composition and BMI readings. Your health history will be discussed so we are made aware of any physical conditions that would limit your training.

FITNESS TRAINING

Based on your goals (losing weight, building muscle, toning, improving cardiovascular endurance, training for a specific sport), we will design a customized program to achieve maximum results.

TRACKING RESULTS

We monitor and measure your progress along the way and re-establish goals as milestones are met.

NUTRITION COUNSELING

 Together Be Fit will develop a plan for healthy eating. By using computer programs/apps, we can monitor your daily food intake and recommend changes.

ONGOING TRAINING AND SUPPORT 

Jen and Gary will show you techniques to improve strength and endurance that can be incorporated into your lifestyle for years to come.

Don't want to go it alone? We can accommodate partner or group training up to four persons. You'll get the same benefits derived from one-on-one training with the added accountability and friendly competition that a group atmosphere fosters.

The class is also designed to build your core strength, thus making everyday tasks easier and safer. Join this fun, fit group and make your senior years your best years.
